The documentation will be reviewed by the data protection co-ordinator and it will then be destroyed, unless there is a compelling reason to retain it for a further period of three years, at which point it will be reviewed again. The hard copy documentation will be shredded, and the electronic records and all personal data processed, including accounts records, will be deleted.
